Parish Easter Prayer for the Jubilee Year

Risen Lord Jesus, in this Jubilee Year,
we walk together, as pilgrims of hope,
renewed by your triumph over death.
You are our Light in the darkness,
our Strength on the journey,
our Peace in a world that longs for healing.
Bless our parish family
with hearts open to your Spirit.
May our parish be a place of welcome, witness and wonder,
where all can find their home in You.
May we, your people be a sign of your living presence
in our homes, our neighbourhoods and our world.
When we are weary, give us courage.
When we are divided, make us one.
When we doubt, renew our faith for all our hope is in You.
