Churches Friendship Group

In 2003 we formed a bridge-building group with Portstewart Presbyterian Church to learn about each other’s beliefs. Later we were joined by the Methodist Church and Agherton Parish Church, and the Churches Friendship Group was born. We have learned to understand and respect our differences and rejoice in our similarities. We also provide refreshments after the Travelling Service, organise the crib and carol singing and hold a non-denominational service for residents of a local nursing home.
